NAME AND LOGO
The healing component of each element
Maya and Koshas are terms based in ancient Sanskrit. Maya in this context stipulates that we are "made of" and Kosha in this context refers to the five sheaths of the self; physical body, mind, breathe/ energy, inner wisdom and true self (bliss, love, harmony). As my company strives to provide holistic healing across all of these sheaths to increase experiences of the true self, MayaKosha Healing seemed a synonymous name.

The logo includes Autumn leaves which in the Chinese 5-element theory, is understood to be a transitional period. In Autumn we must reflect upon what we wish to hold onto as it continues to serve us and what we must shed like autumn leaves falling in order to move forward in a way that is helpful to our journey.
In Aura soma, the orange and berry colours refer to a reawakening of the wisdom that already sits within us, so that we can journey forward with more love, compassion and insight.
